Margot Chicken & Asparagus

the goods:
1 c. Apricot preserves (I used the sugar free kind)
8 oz. Russian dressing--Wishing Bone brand
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
3-4 chicken breasts, cubed
Mix together first 3 ingredients.
Cut up chicken and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken and mix until chicken is coated. Cover dish with foil.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
